Was talking and laughing in the canteen with Chris.Loosened up my tensed muscles and brain.it is definitely healthy.
Today's physiology finally was fun.We learnt to take blood pressure and stuff!Although in the end I find it more fun talking into the stethoscope.Then we got a bit over board and took this ultra long break in the canteen.Which didn't do anything to perk me up.Sometimes,I expect too much out of a pathetic cup of coffee.=)
